Thank you to everyone who attended our 5th Annual Columbia County Benefit Breakfast in St. Helen’s on June 19th!

We are excited to announce that we raised $11,000 to support advocacy for Columbia County foster youth!

State Senator Betsy Johnson and CASA Executive Director Betsy Stark Miller both spoke at the event.

All funds raised at this event directly support CASA’s capacity to serve the children of Columbia County through the recruitment, training, and mentorship of additional CASA volunteers.

Inspirational speakers at this event included Senator Betsy Johnson, Julie Nix of DHS, Columbia County CASA volunteer Don Baille and Bikers Against Child Abuse.

We also appreciate the attendance of  the Executive Director of the United Way of Columbia County, Kathye Beck, CASA Board of Directors President Bill Gardner, and representatives from Community Services Consortium, SAFE and Greater Oregon Behavioral Health.

Guests enjoyed a buffet breakfast and pastries generously donated by Brown Butter Bakery.

CASA staff Allie Brady, Becca Lowry, and Erin Wirtz support their fellow staffers in Columbia County.

We would especially like to thank our Presenting Sponsor, CareOregon, and our Challenge Match Sponsor, NW Natural!

We are still accepting donations to make our impact in Columbia County even bigger! If you’d like to give, click below, and make sure to note that your gift is In Honor of Columbia County:
